Do I keep my leads and customers?
Yes. Pro turns on the rest of the app for the account you already have. Every lead, customer and review stays where it is.
What happens after the free trial?
Your card is charged $49.99 a month (or $499.99 a year) starting on day 15. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.
Can I go back to the free leads plan?
Yes. Email support@trackara.app and we’ll switch your account back to free leads. If a subscription lapses without that, the account is paused until you resubscribe.
Do I pay per lead?
Not today. Free leads accounts get 5 marketplace leads a month and Pro accounts get 10. The count resets on the 1st.
